[Kwg-list] t'was the night before a photo exhibit

Hello Everyone,

A quick email to let you know that I believe we are in good shape for
tomorrow evening's photo exhibition... Mike is finishing the last of
the photo mountings, we have packaged the photos for transport and the
Willekes bus will be picking up the pictures for delivery at 1pm
tomorrow.  That being said, I just wanted to send out an email to
check in with folks regarding times that people will be arriving to
help with the event as everyone is coming from different locations.
(The night is scheduled to start at 7pm so earlier than that would be
very helpful).  We will also need help at the end of the evening for
taking down the displays and packaging them again.

Also, I have not heard very much about the food situation... please
email me updates so I know that we are on track or if we need to do
some last-minute shopping.  I believe Tara was looking at appetizers
and drinks while Leana was was planning on doing some baking.

Thanks again for everyone's hard work on bringing this event together.
 I look forward with great anticipation to seeing you tomorrow night.
