[Kwg-list] Minutes with plan of action

Hello Everyone,...

As you are aware from Mike's recent email about the Photo Exhibit...
there is a lot to do!!! We are genuinely excited about the upcoming
photo exhibit and so I send you the minutes from our last meeting
where we put together a plan of action.

Please review the minutes because there some tasks which you may have
been assigned and tasks that we are still looking for volunteers to
assist with.

I've tried to organize the "to do" list in chronological order and
I've tried to highlight areas where help would be appreciated.  If you
have other ideas for marketing or would like to offer further service
we welcome your suggestions.
