[Kwg-list] Minutes from last meeting plus some other things

Hello Everyone,

Please find attached the minutes from our last meeting.  My apologies
that things went over time but it was difficult to cut short the great
conversations once we were on a roll.

Our next meeting is Wednesday October 24th at 6:15 at the usual location.

Also, there are a few things coming up that we need some assistance
with before the next meeting...

The ICDR Symposium Planning meeting took place last evening and we now
know what we will be doing for the symposium as our part.  I am
looking for volunteers who would like to work on putting together a 20
minute presentation describing the Kenya Working Group and how we
exemplify the ICDR's values of sustainability in partnership.

If people are interested in joining the discussion about the
feasibility and what it will require to start an income generating
project in Kenya please let me know as Tara is working on setting a
date.  Please keep in mind that this will take place in Milton, ON.

Lastly, but certainly not least,... keep your doodles coming for the
KWG logo contest.. we have received a couple of entries so far but
bragging rights, a traditional shirt and a Tusker Beer are still up
for grabs and will be until Thanksgiving Monday when the deadline
closes.
