[Kwg-list] A request for assistance

Hello Everyone,

As you are well aware (because I just sent the reminder) this Friday is the
Art Exhibition to raise funds for the KWG.  In addition to asking you to
send along the advertising poster, I was wondering if you could confirm your
availability Friday?  We need assistance with preparing coffee, tea,
circulating with wine and nibblies as well as for help with clean up.
Please let me know if you can offer up your services.
