Hi All,

I hope all is well.  I have attached the minutes from the meeting last
week which centred around the upcoming High Tea.  We are excited about
the hosting the event again this year.  Just a reminder, it will be held
July 15 from 3-6 in Streetsville at Trinity Anglican Church.  Tickets
can be purchased in advance by contacting myself or Shona at
mclaresl at mcmaster.ca.

We could use some volunteers and support both before the event and the
day of.  If you'd like to volunteer for any of the following please let
me know:

   * Donations for the silent auction
   * Baking of sweets and goodies for the event
   * Set up and help on the day of the event which includes kitchen
     support, help with the silent auction set-up and hosting/waiting on
     the tables

We could also use some extra teapots for the event, so please let me
know if you'd like to loan us one!
